GEORGI CONDO PROJECT 

This condo was a first time home purchase for our wonderful client. Built in 1974 it had almost zero renovations done when she purchased in 2021. We removed a section of cabinets and updated the layout of one wall while adding floating shelves to an open space to provide more storage as well as a focal wall with herringbone tile. With new appliances including an added wine fridge and quartzite countertops throughout the home it really brought this condo into 2023!
